Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity in Utica, NY is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings. The role involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication needs, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy approaches.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students
• Delivering speech and language therapy services via telepractice and on-site as needed
• Collaborating with educational staff to support student communication goals
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports compliant with state and school regulations

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
• Valid state licensure for practicing speech-language pathology
• Proven experience delivering teletherapy sessions
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders commonly seen in school-age children

This engagement runs from September 8 to June 26 and is positioned within a school environment serving the Herkimer, NY region.
