Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Physician and in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Participates in shared decision-making, performance improvement activities, and provides input to committees. Accepts accountability for problem-solving issues and works with leaders to resolve clinical issues. Documents interventions in a timely manner. Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Associate in paramedicine [Preferred] Field of Study: Graduate of state approved paramedic course [Required] Work Experience: 1+ year of experience as a paramedic in the field, a hospital, or in a clinical setting [Required] Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Required] Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required] Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required] Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required] Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $20.58 - $32.92 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
