This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to identifying hazards, and constant communication with our crews and site management. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction safety, and some understanding of the unique safety demands of data center environments./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliSupport the Safety Director in daily safety operations across job sites./liliAct as the primary point of contact for immediate safety questions or concerns from crews on site./liliConduct daily site inspections and audits to identify and document potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliant behaviors related to drywall activities./liliVerify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)/liliDeliver safety orientations and assist with daily toolbox talks by relaying key safety messages to our employees in English and Spanish./liliAssist in accident investigations and maintain accurate records./liliMonitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies./liliMaintain PPE inventory and safety supplies./liliFoster a culture of safety and teamwork among field staff./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or G.E.D./liliAt least one (1) year of construction safety experience/liliU. S. citizenship (required due to restricted job site access)/liliExperience in drywall or interior trades is a plus/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)/liliOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required/liliCPR/First Aid certification/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills Abilities :/h3ulliBilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently/liliStrong organizational skills; ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills/liliDetail-oriented/liliAbility to work different schedules and be flexible in scheduling when needed/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliAbility to walk, stand for extended periods, climb ladders/scaffolding, and navigate a construction site./liliAbility to lift 50 pounds./liliAbility to work in various weather conditions and construction environments./li/ulpThe salary range for this position is $62,000 to $75,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
