Lead Business Systems Analyst

Lead BSA Analyst Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Lead BSA Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to drive product development within a modern data environment. You’ll play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements while supporting enterprise data initiatives. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, DataStage, and Python in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. Gather, document, and refine technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support Agile team ceremonies. Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to break down Epics into Features and User Stories. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of product backlog management and requirements documentation. Familiarity with enterprise data technologies such as Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau. Experience facilitating requirement-gathering sessions and backlog refinement meetings. Ability to document source-to-target data mappings and work with technical teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
