Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led group, is seeking Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join their expanding team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment within a Level II Trauma Center. Practice Info Orange County Global Medical Center is a Safety Net Hospital with 282 beds, a Level II Trauma Center, and a Level III NICU. The facility has 4 ORs, with 2 new ORs being added, and provides 24/7 trauma, emergency, and surgical coverage. Anesthesia providers support a wide range of surgical services including Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery, Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases, Obstetric, Maternal & Neonatal Care, Burn Center & Trauma Support, General, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urologic Procedures. The practice operates under a Care Team Model, currently consisting of 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs. CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and OB Call. The facility treats over 20,000 ED patients annually.
