Offering tradition and trend, peaceful privacy and lively sophistication, Beverly Wilshire wants YOU to be part of our talented team of individuals who provide thoughtful Four Seasons care to warm every moment.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions up to and including Department Head level, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing recommendations, and supporting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.Support the development and execution of the property's Talent Acquisition strategy to identify and attract qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities.Partner with hiring managers and People and Culture leadership to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and build strong relationships that support the hotel's current and future needs.Coach and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the Talent Acquisition process, including internal mobility and external hiring practices, and ensure recruitment practices adhere to company policies and procedures.Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing employee referrals, internet sourcing, social media, job fairs, networking and third-party resources.Leverage Workday to maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and community partners to support current and future talent pipelinesEnsure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment, interview, offer and onboarding process, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Recommend and manage local third-party recruitment vendors, headhunters and job boards as appropriate.Ensure the property's manning guide is accurate and aligned with the approved annual budget.Assess future hiring needs through proactive People Planning activities and develop recruitment strategies to support anticipated staffing needs.Leverage Four Seasons Employer Branding and identify innovative recruiting, interviewing and sourcing practices to attract top talent and strengthen the candidate experience.Utilize internal communication channels to promote career opportunities and employee movement.Conduct hotel tours for student groups in a manner consistent with the atmosphere and standards of Beverly Wilshire.Support general People and Culture activities, including recruitment initiatives, student and work experience programs, social events and other departmental activities as needed.Participate in management duties throughout the hotel as required.Perform other duties and responsibilities that are within the overall scope of the position as assigned.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation and acceptance.Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods and candidate pipeline development.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $82,400.00Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
