The Department Chair will be responsible for articulating and executing a bold vision that promotes excellence in medical education and elevates the quality and impact of clinical services. Experience in growing revenue, meeting budgets, and assessing clinical and economic performance is preferred. The role also involves working in partnership with a freestanding children's hospital, hospital-employed physician groups, and community-based pediatric providers.
