Compensation Range: $71-$82 per hour W2

Job Description:
Seeking a Salesforce Architect to own and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem, drive platform improvements, increase automation, and serve as a strategic technology partner to business stakeholders. This individual will help shape the future of the Salesforce platform while remaining closely connected to business users and operational needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.
Serve as the design authority for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and solution designs.
Drive automation initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Define and maintain the Salesforce and Certinia PSA technical roadmap.
Establish and enforce platform standards across security, data models, automation, integrations, and release management.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external integration partners.
Improve DevOps practices, deployment governance, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.
Evaluate current platform usage and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

6 years of Salesforce experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Salesforce automation, integrations, and platform governance.
Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications.
Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).
Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
Experience helping build or scale Salesforce teams.
Prior experience in a high-growth or evolving Salesforce environment.
