Step into a rewarding contract position as a physical therapist supporting students' growth and mobility across several educational sites near Peoria, AZ. This unique opportunity allows you to make a direct and lasting impact, working closely with a small, manageable caseload while providing essential services in diverse school settings.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy to 8 students distributed over 4 local campuses. Your expertise will directly support their development, help them access their learning environments more fully, and empower them to reach their individual goals.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to adapt therapy plans to a variety of student needs and environments
• Reliable transportation for traveling between assigned campuses
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers and staff
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and time management

Your role will include:

• Providing approximately 415 minutes monthly of direct student therapy (~1.7 hours weekly)
• Maintaining thorough records and timely documentation of therapy provided
• Traveling between campus locations each week (Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear)
• Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Attending IEP meetings and participating in development of student goals as needed
