Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, active and unencumbered
• Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience preferred
• Proficient in circulating and scrubbing duties across multiple surgical specialties
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Adaptable approach, comfortable working in fast-paced OR environments

Responsibilities:

• Support surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout intraoperative procedures
• Conduct continuous patient assessment and advocate for patient safety
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor sterile field and surgical instrumentation
• Collaborate with surgical and ancillary staff for optimal perioperative care
• Implement best practices for infection control, safety, and documentation
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families
