Encompass Health is seeking a Receptionist to support our Administration & Clerical team within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, delivering a warm, professional welcome that reflects our focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include managing a busy multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, coordinating patient check-in and check-out, verifying basic insurance details, and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records in compliance with HIPAA. You will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment, helping ensure smooth front-desk operations that support exceptional rehabilitation outcomes and offer room for career growth.
