Entry-Level Sales Representative Halo Pest Control – Deliver Peace of Mind, One Home at a Time Location: Indianapolis, IN (Free housing & relocation costs covered) Halo Pest Control is a local, customer-focused pest control company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses feel safe and confident in their spaces. We’re looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our seasonal door-to-door sales team and help connect families to our expert pest protection services. We are located in the Indianapolis metro area. No experience? No problem. We provide complete training, one-on-one mentorship, team environment and ongoing support to help you succeed and maximize your earnings. What You’ll Do If you don't currently live in or around the Indianapolis metro area, you will relocate to our corporate housing Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to sell Halo’s pest control services Educate homeowners, build rapport, and sign people up for pest control The average sales pitch and sale takes 6 total minutes on the door. The sign up process takes 3 minutes. Follow Halo’s proven sales process to connect customers with tailored protection plans Track leads, follow up, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to service setup Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment What We’re Looking For Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals ready to work outdoors and talk to people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to work in assigned areas Ability to walk door to door in the summer heat Positive attitude, resilience, and drive to learn and grow in sales Previous customer service, sales, retail, or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required) Program Details Seasonal Schedule: Our Indianapolis market runs April through October Minimum Commitment: 90 days (most reps work a 4-month summer season) 40+ hour weeks Optional Winter Blitz Trips: We offer short term and long term winter positions in our Houston market Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential – your income reflects your effort Halo’s average rookie (1st yr) made 32k in a 4-month summer Halo’s average experienced reps made 89k in a 4-month summer End of summer trip paid for by Halo Performance incentives and bonuses for anyone who completes the summer Free training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders (13+ yrs) Travel opportunities during winter Blitz events Career growth potential within Halo Pest Control Supportive, team-driven culture focused on success and personal development Why Join Halo At Halo, you’re not just selling — you’re helping families protect what matters most.
