WhatYou’llDo: Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process, working across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment Support timelyaccess to care by minimizing delays in registrationand answeringquestions with confidence, clarity, and compassion Build trustwith patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed Navigate diverseinsurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable Collaboratewith nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow No healthcare background? For this US-based position, the base pay range is $20.48 - $27.54 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
