We're hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing team representing leading telecommunications clients in major big-box retail locations throughout Georgia.

In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you'll connect with customers, learn about telecommunications products and services, understand their needs, and help guide them through the sales process. No extensive sales experience is necessary—we provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to learn as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers face-to-face in participating big-box retail locations.
• Represent telecommunications products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ask questions and learn about customers' needs to help identify suitable solutions.
• Explain products, services, features, and promotions accurately.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Process sales and customer information accurately.
• Stay up to date on current products, services, and promotions.
• Work alongside teammates to support individual and team sales goals.
• Help create a positive, welcoming customer experience.
• Travel locally between assigned retail locations as needed.

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but it's not required . A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, customer-facing retail sales position. Associates work inside participating big-box retail locations and may travel locally between assigned locations.

The role involves standing and interacting with customers for extended periods, along with the typical physical activities associated with working in a retail environment.
