Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in San Diego, CA. This is a 7+ month contract opportunity.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour.

This role is responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex technical programs that require cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will support engineering and innovation initiatives, driving structure, planning, forecasting, and status reporting across multiple concurrent projects with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
• Lead technical projects across cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and firmware
• Provide program-level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning, and forecasting
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and deliverables
• Manage project scope, requirements gathering, time estimating, and budget
• Coordinate sprint execution and scrum processes
• Provide weekly status updates, forecasting, and risk/highlight reporting
• Act as a liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in IT Program Management
• Strong background in an R&D environment
• PMP or PMI certification
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment

Desired skills:

• MBA or other related advanced degree
• Med-tech experience
