About Swish Breaks Swish Breaks is a sports and entertainment company at the center of the trading card hobby. We run daily live shows across Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok — breaking cards, from Sports Pokémon, WWE, Disney, and more under our channels including Swish Breaks, Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, and PokéSwish. We're leveling up our social game in a big way and building a content engine that matches the energy of our lives. If you love sports, cards, pop culture, and making stuff people actually want to watch: you're in the right place. The Role We're looking for a Content Creator Intern who can be on camera, behind the camera, or both — and who treats every piece of content like a product, not a post. You'll ideate, shoot, and be in content that pulls people into our world: the lives, the hits, the personalities, the culture around sports cards and collecting. This is the role for someone who watches a trending sports moment and immediately thinks about how to turn it into content. You'll work directly with our social lead and our editing team, and you'll spend real time with our streamers and breakers to capture the moments worth posting. What You'll Do Ideate and pitch content daily — series concepts, one-offs, reactive posts, recurring formats. Shoot original content with a phone, a camera, or whatever the moment calls for — behind-the-scenes, interviews, skits, vlogs, on-the-floor coverage. Appear on camera when the content calls for it - host segments, walk viewers through what's happening. Collaborate with our streamers to build series and one-offs that show their personalities. Cover live events and shows across Fanatics, Whatnot, and TikTok — Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, PokéSwish. React in real time to trending sports and pop culture moments. Speed matters. Use the social spreadsheet to track what's working, what's not, and feed that back into your next idea. What We're Looking For You've made content before for yourself, a brand, a creator, or a side hustle. Comfortable on camera. Strong instincts for what works on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts: hooks, pacing, captions, trends. Genuine fandom for sports, trading cards, Pokémon, WWE, or pop culture. Self starter and Ideas first. We are ok with flops and would rather have you take swings than tell you to swing. Fast-moving, deadline-comfortable, and not precious about your work.
