Exercise Physiologist

Description Exercise Physiologist at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is PerDiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families. Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
