CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembler II candidates in the Mansfield, MA area. We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble medical devices and electromechanical products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and work instructions while maintaining high quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints. Soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices and electromechanical products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other production equipment.
• Perform wire crimping, sub-assembly tasks, and final product assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Inspect work to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to seven years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electromechanical assembly required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with soldering, PCBA assembly, or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Previous experience working with microscopes is a plus.
