Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist contract role is responsible for driving revenue and brand visibility for CandysDirt through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prospecting potential advertising and partnership opportunities, presenting tailored sales proposals, managing sales pipelines, and following up with leads. The Specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives to support sales goals, such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and sponsored content opportunities. This is a remote role, and the Specialist is expected to stay in touch & manage their own schedule within contract terms. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams. Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, presenting proposals, and closing deals. Training and Sales Management skills to support clients and oversee sales activities or small projects. Experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in digital or media environments. Ability to work remotely with reliable time management, organization, and self-direction. Comfort using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software. Prior experience in real estate, local media, or related industries is beneficial. Relevant education or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
