Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of carriers by identifying, sourcing, and building relationships with trucking companies. Manage a high volume of inbound calls, negotiate rates, and service the existing carrier network. Utilize CoVar's software to handle daily operational tasks and shipment tracking. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CoVar remains at the forefront of industry standards. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Motivated to achieve and surpass sales quotas. Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment that requires problem-solving and decision-making.
