Arkansas Family Dental, a thriving, high-tech dental practice in West Little Rock, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our well-established team. We are a privately owned dental clinic in Little Rock, AR, Arkansas Family Dental, serving patients for the last 22 years. Our clinic is conveniently located in West Little Rock, has 10,000 square feet of space, 19 operatories, a surgical suite and a training center. Arkansas Family Dental is a thriving general dental office, employing 8 dentists plus 11 hygienists and 30 support staff. We have a love for serving people and giving back to our community. We recently completed our event AFD Gives Back where we were able to give away $214,000 in dental care to the community! We can serve our patients in any capacity including endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement. We strive to be the best dental office in Little Rock, give our patients an incredible customer service experience, all while ensuring they receive the highest quality dentistry in the state.

We are searching for a general dentist to join our team. This individual needs to have a great personality, want to treat and care for patients at the highest level, and enjoy learning new procedures as well as be open to using all the newest technology that dentistry has to offer. We offer a guaranteed daily rate plus commissioned pay whichever is greater. A motivated dentist joining our team could expect to earn over $200K or more in their very first year of employment. Our practice is lucky to welcome over 300 new patients through our doors each month. It will be a breeze for a new dentist to build their own patient base with us. Our clinic provides the opportunity for a new dentist to collaborate and learn from other dentists every day. We conduct doctors only meetings and study clubs, so we can go over cases and systems.
