Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or a group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing personnel, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and document care accurately and promptly.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to prioritize care, ensure patient safety, and promote quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to develop and execute care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- ICU/critical care nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to support a travel assignment and adapt to a fast-paced environment
