This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound calls and inquiries from members, providing professional, accurate, and timely support. + Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and service-related concerns. + Deliver a personalized customer experience through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. + Resolve complex member issues while collaborating with internal departments to ensure complete resolution. + Accurately document member interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems. + Navigate multiple applications and databases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer engagement. + Follow established procedures, compliance requirements, and privacy standards. + Identify trends and provide feedback that contributes to process and service improvements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
