Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a qualified Ultrasonographer for a travel assignment. This role will provide diagnostic ultrasound imaging services to patients, following established protocols and physician orders. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently. Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire diagnostic images. Analyze ultrasound images and document findings in the patient's medical record. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues. Schedule / Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shift) Required Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent certification. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasonographer. Skills Proficiency in performing various ultrasound examinations. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
