The posted compensation range of $35.00 - $58.63/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

The 24-bed Adult Cardiac Telemetry Chest Pain Unit located on Tower 7 at St. Joseph's Hospital provides family-centered care for a diverse patient population. We practice primary care utilizing a team of registered nurses, patient care technicians and certified nursing assistants. We maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. All of the rooms are private and provide individual bathrooms inclusive of a private shower. Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient. Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues. Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.
