Manufacturing Technician I - 1st Shift (Santa Clara, CA)
Contract | 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will play a vital role in assembling and fabricating precision components for a dynamic, growth-focused organization. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving production environment. Responsibilities - Receive rotors, perform detailed cleaning, and insert hub assemblies with precision
- Match, assemble, and secure lids to product specifications
- Execute thorough testing procedures on rotors to ensure performance and quality
- Inspect final products for functionality and compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate, detailed production records
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve plant goals for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or similar settings
- Proficiency with small hand tools and basic assembly techniques
- Comfortable working with or around chemicals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, occasionally with assistance for heavier items
- Diligent record-keeping and attention to detail Preferred Skills - Previous experience in assembly or fabrication of precision components
