Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runs.
• Perform equipment changeovers and setups according to manufacturing specifications and schedules.

• Conduct first-piece inspections and verify setup accuracy before production.
• Maintain and organize setup tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup processes.
