IT Project Manager - Operations

6 month contract opportunity - Indianapolis, Indiana Job Description Lead the implementation of a data observability and validation platform, driving cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through execution. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, vendors, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5 years of technical project/program management experience Experience leading complex initiatives in large-scale SaaS environments Strong IT background with ability to work across development, architecture, DevOps, and vendors Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with project planning, timelines, and reporting Familiarity with data pipelines, integrations, and platform operations Strong problem-solving and risk management skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data observability or data quality concepts Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
