The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Typically work on semi-routine assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator onsite at the Alhambra clinic.Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 702 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix AZ 85013Now offering a $2,000 Bonus* for Medical Assistants who join our new Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix in 2026.The Medical Assistant discusses symptoms, obtains vital signs, administers medications and vaccines, performs phlebotomy, collects specimens, conducts screening tests, sterilizes equipment, maintains exam rooms, documents in electronic records, and collaborates with providers within certification limits.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactAdditional Job Description Required Complete a MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from ProviderHave a High school diploma or equivalentBe CPR CertifiedBe patient facing and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.Ideal Candidate Be Certified or Registered – (Arizona, Indiana, and South Carolina you require Medical Assistant Certification or Registration)Have Phlebotomy experience• Medication/vaccine administration experienceHave 1+ years MA experienceHave value-based care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.Be Bilingual proficient in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam before foreign language communicationScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
