Practice Group Manager

Job Summary The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, serving as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures to ensure the offices are meeting or exceeding the established clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership. Compensation $76,000 – $85,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential. Hours Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Locations 66 Club Road Suite 120, Eugene, OR 97401 2211 NW Professional Dr Suite 101, Corvallis, OR 97330 Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance of the assigned practice group, including revenue, center margin and EBITDA targets in partnership with the Operations Director. Coordinate and oversee operations to ensure all offices run efficiently in accordance with LifeStance SOPs, escalating and resolving facility issues. Monthly performance management and reporting of key performance indicators, including variance analysis and action plans to meet objectives. Provide root‑cause analysis and action plans for under‑performance to the Operations Director. Ensure implementation of all LFST operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence. Collaborate with shared services teams to support clinicians and patients. Partner with the Operations Director to manage local referral relationships and promote LFST in local geographies. Work with Operations, Clinical and Medical Directors to assess patient capacity and clinician utilization. Build and develop a high‑performing team through selection, training, and performance management of office staff; act as a positive culture carrier. Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (Clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinator, Practice Coordinator(s), Medical Services Coordinator(s)). Partner with the Clinical Leadership Team, Regional Medical Director, APRN Director, and Clinical Director to ensure mental‑health service delivery meets LFST expectations. Provide direct administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers. Support in‑office clinician engagement activities to promote LFST culture and improve satisfaction. Support onboarding and training of new clinicians, ensuring completion of administrative and operational tasks. Partner with Intake to ensure efficient patient matching and timely ramp of new clinical team members. Serve as Operations contact for clinician admin questions and concerns. Oversee escalated patient complaints and work with clinical/medical leadership to resolve them. Partner with Clinical Director & RMD/RAPRN to support clinicians on case consults, documentation integrity, and best practices. Communicate weekly with Operational and Clinical Directors to flag clinician dissatisfaction issues. Engage strong performers to solicit feedback, mentor, and educate on career progression paths. Skills & Abilities Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
