Summary The successful candidate will be ready and able to assist and support a busy litigation team in a variety of small to complex litigation cases and trials. Experience in handling pretrial discovery, research and writing, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial is ideal. Responsibilities With due diligence and efficiency, draft and edit legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions. Associates on our team can also expect to meet with clients, interview witnesses, engage and interact with experts, take depositions, attend hearings and argue motions, and prepare for and attend settlement conferences and trials.
