Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Attorney

LaCourse Law is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Personal Injury / Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused firm handling meaningful cases from start to finish while continuing to develop your litigation skills and grow within the practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle personal injury and civil litigation matters
• Manage cases from intake through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and negotiations
• Work closely with clients to provide strong communication and advocacy
• Collaborate with team members to move cases efficiently and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in similar role.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A team-first mindset and willingness to grow
