Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary A highly respected Tulsa Midtown banking and business law firm with an AV-rating for excellence, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with exceptional writing skills and a passion for crafting compelling legal arguments. Experience in probate and real estate matters is a plus. Key Responsibilities Draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and other litigation documents. Manage all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution. Analyze legal issues and develop strategic, results-driven solutions for client matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. 0–5+ years of law firm experience in litigation, with a demonstrated focus on legal writing. Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
