Digital Marketing Specialist

As Tecore's Digital Marketing Specialist, you will shape how a company that has spent three decades building mobile networks around the world presents itself to that world. This exciting position will provide you with the opportunity to work across our entire market presence — from the corporate website and social channels, to the datasheets our sales engineers hand to customers, to the international trade shows where operators and agencies meet us for the first time. You will join a small corporate communications team where your work ships quickly, reaches a global audience, and is never buried three layers down in an approval chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the corporate website, including product pages, news, and careers content
• Plan, write, and publish social media content across Tecore's channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn
• Support the annual industry event calendar end to end — pre-show promotion, booth materials, on-site content capture, and post-show follow-up
• Produce marketing collateral including datasheets, one-pagers, case studies, and presentation materials
• Build, send, and report on email campaigns to customers, partners, and prospects
• Track performance across web, social, email, and campaign activity, and report what is working to leadership
• Partner with engineering, sales, and program teams to ensure every published claim is technically accurate
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and channels
• Support press releases, award submissions, and partner announcements as needed

About You

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field
• You write clearly and persuasively, and you can hold a technical subject in your head long enough to explain it to someone else
• You have hands-on familiarity with a content management system such as WordPress
• You use social media platforms confidently in a professional context, not just a personal one
• You are organized enough to run several deadlines at once without dropping one
• You are curious about how things work, and you are not intimidated by learning what LTE, 5G, or managed access actually mean
• You take ownership of your work and follow it through without being chased

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Working understanding of SEO fundamentals and web analytics
• Prior experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or industry events
• Interest in B2B, technology, or government-facing marketing
• Basic HTML or video editing skills

Work Environment

This is an on-site position at Tecore's Headquarters in Hanover, Maryland, Monday through Friday. Occasional domestic travel is expected to support industry events and trade shows, typically several times per year. You will work closely with a small, collaborative corporate team and interact regularly with engineering and sales.
