Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urology care in both clinic and hospital settings. Diagnose and manage erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, and male incontinence. Perform yearly follow-up visits and medication refills. Conduct cystoscopies and assist with urologic surgical procedures. Utilize Epic EMR while managing an average of 18 patients per day. Qualifications Board Certified in Urology. Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license required . Minimum 1 year of experience. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. Epic charting experience required. Documentation of relevant clinical case logs from the previous 24 months reflecting requested privileges. COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions). Working Hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8-hour day shifts Scheduled coverage with no call Skills Urology clinical assessment and management Cystoscopy procedures Surgical assisting Inpatient and outpatient care Epic EMR proficiency Collaborative and independent clinical practice Job Location (City, State, Zip) Longview, WA 98632
