This hands-on role is ideal for someone with carpentry, construction, or framing experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required. Hours & Pay Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to finish Pay Rate: $18 per hour Employment Type: Temp-to-hire What You\'ll Do Each Day Complete final finishing work based on customer blueprint specifications and detailed drawings Install components such as jamb guards, light switches, flat trim, end caps, floor caps, vents, thermometers, and other specified details Use basic hand tools, tape measures, nail/staple guns, cordless drills, saws, and related equipment Perform quality checks to ensure finished work meets specifications and workmanship standards Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Stand for extended periods and safely handle materials throughout the shift What We\'re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, construction, or framing Comfortable reading and working from blueprint specifications (training provided) Experience using basic hand tools and measuring equipment Bilingual a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn Benefits & Perks This opportunity offers weekly pay and access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability coverage, employee discounts, and more.
