Executive Assistant to the Dean-School of Dental Medicine

Job Type : Full-time (40 hours/week) | Recruitment Period : 05/07/2026 - Until Filled | Salary : $52,800 – $79,200 annually (Pro-rated based on hours/week; $25.38–$31.73 hourly) Manages, coordinates, and performs complex administrative duties in support of an executive-level position. Responsibilities include payroll, budgets, time and attendance, travel and event coordination, project and contract management, continuing education and accreditation activities, report generation, committee support, and staff mentorship. Essential Job Functions Completes complex administrative tasks in support of a PNWU department or program. Responsible for scheduling and manages communications via mail, email, and phone. Facilitates development of policies and procedures. Assists with Human Resources tasks, including payroll, training, and onboarding. Mentors and trains administrative staff. Develops and implements workflows. Coordinates education-related activities, including Continuing Education and accreditation. Supports committees and meetings with scheduling, recording minutes, and transcribing. Represents executives at meetings when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 4–6 years. Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Effective communication (written and oral); independent decision-making. Problem solving; public speaking. Knowledge of administrative procedures, human resources principles, business management, fiscal practices, computer and network operating systems, customer service principles, project management principles, data entry and typing skills.
