Orthodontic Office Manager – Kansas City Metro Area
Full-Time With Benefits | Starting at $26 and up Depending on Experience
We're looking for an experienced, driven leader to manage operations for our 3 SMILE SPOT orthodontic offices in the Kansas City metro area. This is a great opportunity to guide a talented team, support growth, and make a real impact on patient care.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, managing financials, collections, and insurance reimbursements, supervising staff performance and scheduling, ensuring outstanding patient experiences, resolving operational issues, improving processes, and working with marketing and leadership to drive success.
Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of dental office management experience. Must have Experience with Leadership, strong knowledge of insurance and orthodontic software, and are tech-savvy, organized, accountable and proactive. A passion for patient care, loyalty, honesty, and commitment to long-term growth are key, along with flexibility to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, and rotate between locations.
