CT Technologist

Role Overview The CT/X-Ray technologist operates and provides high-quality imaging services, including computed tomography and X-ray, to assist in diagnosis and treatment. They may also perform patient care activities such as vital signs, EKGs, wound care, and orthopedic splinting. The role requires professionalism, effective communication, and adherence to policies, with oversight from Diagnostic Imaging Supervisors. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Washington Radiologic Technologist certification. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Registered Technologist in Radiography and either CT or Nuclear Medicine within specified timeframes. Medical Assistant registration within 60 days. Preferred Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging. At least one year of experience performing CT and X-Ray. Key Duties Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately. Ensure quality assurance and maintain clinical competencies. Support patient care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
