Outside Sales Representative

Overview Outside Sales Consultant role at Empire Today in the Port St Lucie, FL area. This position is 100% commission with commission bonuses, uncapped earnings, and paid training. Responsibilities Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs. Prospect hot leads, typically within a 1-hour radius, and leverage the strength of the Empire brand to generate referrals and grow customer opportunities. Represent a brand that has served customers for over 60 years and work with pre-qualified leads. Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually). Compensation 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity; uncapped earning potential. Average first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $70,000; top performers earn well over $100,000. Company benefits packages available; paid training; paid weekly commissions. Growth opportunities within the nationwide business; tools to support community-based sales; company apparel stipend. Opportunities for: company-supported medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, and life insurance or direct seller contract. Requirements Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards; ability to drive with sample boards. Valid auto insurance. Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual). Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales. Availability for evening and weekend appointments. Deliver excellent customer service. Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation.
