Outside Sales Representative

Role Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be a front‑line ambassador for Native Pest Management, building and maintaining lasting relationships with residential customers while achieving sales targets for pest control services. Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet company and personal goals. Travel to meet existing and potential customers, conducting site inspections and recommending services. Communicate regularly with customers and provide solutions as needed. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services. Support customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities. Document all customer interactions for efficient lead management. Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies. Engage in proactive sales activities such as door‑to‑door outreach, community networking, and event participation to build a personal pipeline. Requirements Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Experience with customer management software and platforms. Successful completion of pre‑employment screening, including criminal history, driving record, work history, and academic credentials verification. Physical ability to climb into attics/roofs and work outdoors in variable weather. Ability to maintain effective communication and customer service skills. Military veteran status encouraged.
