Accounting Manager

About The Role The role leads the core accounting operations, ensuring rigorous compliance with US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting frameworks for a high-growth technology business. The Accounting Manager partners closely with finance and executive leadership to maintain flawless financial integrity, streamline close processes, and scale financial systems. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with US GAAP Design, implement, and test SOX internal controls, documenting workflows and remediating identified deficiencies Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and technical accounting memos for complex transactions Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance using NetSuite and advanced ERP tooling Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless interim and year-end audit delivery Analyze financial variances and surface actionable insights to the finance leadership team What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or high-growth tech environments Active CPA license required with deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and automated financial reporting tools Demonstrated track record of scaling accounting processes and managing cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience with IPO readiness and SQL-based financial data extraction #J-18808-Ljbffr
