In this role, you will help maintain awareness across the property while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time: Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, handling calls for assistance, and supporting security‑related communications for the location. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and other reporting systems, and dispatch personnel to routine issues, incidents, and emergency situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Document incidents, service requests, and daily activity in logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Coordinate access‑related requests, after‑hours activity, deliveries, and vendor or contractor communications in support of property operations, and established post procedures. Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of conditions across the property, relaying information to on‑site personnel, and supporting follow‑up on security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have 2+ years of security-related experience. Meet the 40 WPM minimum requirement. Be 21+ years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
