Job Description
Project Administrator
\n \nVertical Developments is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrators for one of our luxury residential developments. This role is based at one of our sales galleries located in Aventura and serves as a key point of coordination between the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the gallery run seamlessly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
\n \nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the sales gallery, provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams for events and marketing initiatives, assist with lead management, CRM updates, and reporting.
\n \nQualifications:
\n \n- \n
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, hospitality, or office management experience \n
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. \n
- Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or a client-facing environment is preferred but not required. \n
- This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team on some of South Florida's premier branded residential developments. \n
