Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER setting, ensuring prompt assessment and treatment of acute medical conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and support stabilization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival to prioritize care.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in status.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current Registered Nurse license with valid state credentials.
  
  
• 
  Proven clinical experience in emergency room or acute care settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  
  
• 
  BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
