Progressive Care RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in a Progressive Care or similar unit preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
