Private Equity Accounting Manager

Our client, a leading fund administrator in the asset management industry, is seeking an experienced Private Equity Accounting Manager to join its private equity team. This is a permanent role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment offering strong exposure across private equity fund operations and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing business growth. Day to day Oversee the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and performance tracking Support the development and execution of investment and portfolio strategies alongside senior leadership Prepare and review detailed fund reporting in line with GAAP for internal and external stakeholders Manage and review complex waterfall calculations and allocations across multiple fund structures Lead due diligence processes for new and existing investments Lead and develop a team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial reporting and operational requirements What they're looking for Strong background in fund accounting and solid understanding of GAAP Deep knowledge of private equity waterfalls and complex allocation methodologies Proven leadership experience managing teams in a financial services environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment under pressure Clear and effective communicator, able to present complex financial information to a range of stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with strong emphasis on risk awareness and planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
