Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and inspection instructions. Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, feeds, speeds, and materials. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand, lift, and move materials during the shift (up to 50 lbs). Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a production team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
