Database Coordinator
School Sisters of Notre Dame
The Provincial Council of the School Sisters of Notre Dame is seeking a Database Coordinator to support the Atlantic-Midwest Province. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) . Position Responsibilities Maintain accurate personnel database records for Sisters within the Atlantic-Midwest Province of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Learn and support various aspects of the database system, including updates and enhancements. Stay current with new versions and applications of Microsoft Office and related Microsoft technologies. Maintain cemetery records, including information on Sisters interred at each location. Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all data and records. Qualifications Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Willingness to learn and work in accordance with the spirit and mission of SSND. Previous experience in database administration or related work required. Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field preferred.
