Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises the technical aspect of the neurodiagnostic lab including the day-to-day operations, maintenance of equipment and supervision of neurodiagnostic lab.

• Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises the technical operation of the neurodiagnostic laboratory.

• Communicates with neurodiagnostic staff, hospital staff and physicians in the performance of neurodiagnostic procedures.

• Performs complex neurodiagnostic procedures according to department protocols.

• Performs visual maintenance checks on all equipment used, takes reports from other technical staff about malfunctions/needs and reports these to the appropriate vendors in timely fashion.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
